Payment has to be made in advance. Payment over postal giro (within Sweden), to my bank account (within the EU and Norway), as cash in the mail (other countries), or over PayPal is preferred.

If you choose to pay using PayPal a small processing fee of 35 eurocent plus 3.52 % (4.06 % for people outside the European Union) will be added to the total.
If you pay to my bank account, 35 eurocent will be added to the total. Norwegians who choose to pay by bank may be charged an additional fee by their own bank (often 35-55 NOK, but it varies).
