Headmasters

Translating Japanese episode titles to English is tricky. Because of the differences in the grammar of the two languages the same title can be translated in many different ways, and you cannot necessarily say that one translation is more correct than the other.

Over the years at least four or five versions of the episode lists for Headmasters and its sequels have circulated on the Internet. For the list below I have chosen to go with the translations from Metrodome's DVD boxset, with the motivation that it is the only list that can claim to be official. As some of you may notice, it differs a bit from other lists in that character and faction names have been changed to the Western versions. (The three clip shows at the bottom were not mentioned in Metrodome's boxset; those names come from other sources.

The broadcast dates are taken from the Japanese book Transformers: Generations.
