We have seen Hasbro make a number of movie 'Bots and 'Cons into several different size categories to the point it hurts (mostly the wallet tongue.gif ), but which smaller non-movie figures would you like to see scaled-up to, say, Voyager or Leader Class? My "new" favourite is HFTD Scout Class Breacher, an amphibious APC (armoured personnel carrier). Yes, he might be a year old already, but the design, the stance, the attention to detail despite being Scout Class.... I really would like to see this one made into a much larger size figure.

So, what say you? Which smaller figures from the more recent lines would you like to see being redone in a larger size?

Generations Thunderwing would be nice voyager. Then he would be in nice scale with voyager Optimus Prime from Classics or movie lines. Deluxe jets are cool, but character like Thunderwing (not to mention Universe deluxe Galvatron...) deserves to be a bit bigger than deluxe cars.

And they could give a Matrix accessory for him. tongue.gif

I don't know the new toys that well, but there is a arctic truck with a plow in the power combiners that is kinda cool and would look great if it was bigger.

Also, not exactly a small toy, but it would be cool if Seaspray would be twice it's size, since it's such a great transformer. It's with robots as it's with so much else: Bigger is better.

Usually maybe, but IMO Galaxy Force voyager Starscream for example (damn, I want that figure biggrin.gif) looks a bit better than supreme sized Cybertron version (though it has that cool crown). ;) Mainly because that giant Starscream is so stand-alone, I don't really "do" anything with it in my shelf. It just doesn't feel like a of my decepticon group 'cause it's so freaking big. biggrin.gif Voyager would be much better looking with other figures regardless the line (my collection is quite little, so I like to mix some figures without thinking about the series and line; if they look goof togheter, they must be together ;) ) Nothing against that supreme class Starscream though, it is quite cool and in Cybertron-context it's good, but for me quite meh... Big, but that's it. There's just nothing in that design that would not work with smaller figure.

And the only point of that mindless rant was that in my opinion, bigger is not (always) better. biggrin.gif

Yeah, he matches Primus in size. How's that for a serious ego massage for Starscream, eh wink2.gif . The original Japanese Galaxy Force Starscream is quite pricy now, but you can get an official Korean import version that looks to be the same for a more sensible price:

Well it seems all lines had have some transformers that just should have been bigger! In animated Lugnut felt out of scale, you'd want to put him next to Blitzwing because they always was together in the show. But it just don't work. Sure, we got a bigger RTS version but he dosent work with Animated Blitzing either.
The ROTF scouts was a solid line of mostly really good figures where as, imo, the deluxe, voyager and leader class were kinda hit or miss so to speak. We could have skipped some of them (the Arcee fiasko and the uglier constructicons) and made the scouts bigger. A scout like Depthcharge who's almode is HUGE should have been made at least as big as energon Mirage. I don't remember if Hubcap was ROTF or HFTD but him in deluxe size, yes please!

RTS G2 Prime is awesome, but tiny! He and Thunderwind should have been voyager at least! And now with Wreckgar it's such a shame Chopsaw or Knockout are so small, otherwise you could have a whole junkion motorcycle gang!

In DOTM I'm hoping for a leader Megatron but I guess we won't see that! And I'm not too happy about all figures becoming smaller and smaller angry.gif

Hubcap was HFTD. But why stop at Deluxe smile.gif ? Why not Voyager?

Wasn't a prototype Leader Class Megatron shown some time ago? Since they went ahead with making a Leader Class Ironhide, a Leader Class Megatron would be just as sensible (?). Hopefully later.
