Hi guys..

what would you like to see in TF3?

I would like to see a flatnose truck like optimus prime in G1 and some more space action, humans in space. Maybe a dinobot or two, but what do you think?

* More Soundwave - preferably down on Earth!
* More screen time for new characters, instead of just a 10-second cameo like with Jolt, for instance.
* Better storytelling even if it means an explosion or two less. Where's Barricade? Why do all the Decepticons look the same? I WANT TO KNOW!
* A BETTER SCRIPT.

I'd want a villain that actually poses a descent threat They've IMO failed with both Megatron and the Fallen. Fallen had a great buildup, but once Prime got his upgrades the fight became way too onesided. They got it somewhat right with the forest fight though. More of that please

I agree. And I'd like the humour to be like in Animated, where it was funny for real, without using any racist stereotypes or dirty jokes.

And less screen time for humans!

I must agree wholeheartedly with Vmv and Protek.
And Big Pete also. I mean i agree with him. I have no need to see him in the movie. ;)

And who is not suprised that id want to see Grimlock in the movie?
And Blaster and Cosmos. I would want to see what kind of remake they would get.

And since i´m already out in the blue with my visions. I would also like to see some decent character building. Specially with Starscream. More pretenders(IMHO it rocked!), another director for the movie and an autobot that turns in to a tank or a armoured vehicle or similar. Maybe Warpath as a red T-76? I mean enough with the shiny "oh so cool" cars already! There are other vehicles in this world!(you have to understand. My dream car is an older model Land Rover. I´m kinda different when it comes to "wheels".)

I thnk i would like to see Unicron in the next movie and a story based abit on the original 1986 movie.
Imo of course.

I want it to be darker, more sinister and have much more gore.... I want to be frightened and get my adrenalin pumpin' - like Alien II.

Actually I'd like to see one of 3 things.
1) A real combiner team
2) Fortress Maximus/Scorponok or some other hughe city-bot.
3) Metallic and heavy armour plated real Dinobots.

Can you give us an example of an action flick that gives the else that you crave?

Let's put it this way: When I was watching these movies (especially second) I was feeling like I'm either 1-year old baby or complete retarded idiot.
What I mean? Close your eyes and try to see the image of Laa-Laa of Teletubbies, when she's just realize that her fingers are yellow. She will look at them, push them together and looks askance and says "Yyyeee-llll-ooo-ooowwwhhh!".
That was what I was feeling when I was watching these movies.

But Okay, I was waiting more. I was expecting "Terminator 2"-quality. But I got "American Pie 9 meets Teletubbies" and without plot, good feeling or good movie. And that makes me angry.

OK, T2 is a good example to measure up with.

Haha, isn't that two of the major selling points to hook the standard cinema-goer and not just attract the die-hard fanboys ? Take away those two and you are left with robots bashing the hell out of each other, military hardware and vehicle "porn", product placement extravaganza and perhaps a trite human story that really doesn't go anywhere.

I would like to hear Bumblebee speak. In the first movie he got his voice back then in the second installment he lost it again.
Then I would like to see more of Soundwave, like evereybody else :-) And more Transformers characters, there are plenty to choose from.

And for God sake, focus more on the storyline and not on the slapstick humor, and like someone else said no more animal humor (dogs humping each other etc).

Another thing, give Sam Witwicky some backbone. But perhapse it's to much to ask for

Grimlock..? Maybe not, I don't think that he would suit into movie world so good.
But maybe some new "titans". Superion and Menasor? Autobots attacking into Nemesis-ship, more Sideswipe and Ironhide shooting enemies...
And of course epic final battle beetween OP and Megatron (and the music for that scene.. 'The Touch' by Stan Bush ). Okay, maybe not...

More robots, less humans.(Actually, no humans at all)
Characters with some personality.(No bumblebee "pet")
No dirty jokes!
No parents!
Cybertron!
Unicron with a dark voice and dark intentions.
Primus
Pwning fights!
Wheeljack with "fusion grenades" and "freeze beams" that explodes in his face.
Even more special effects like nuclear explosions(the bigger the better). (i've been playing Fallout 3 too much )
Kickass weapons like "Über-sword"fights and "Über-guns"
Jolt giving megatron a "whiplash injury"
Winnie the Pooh that gets squashed under prime's foot.

You get the idea.

I think it's a great idea

No more Autobots - Ironhide, Ratchet, Sideswipe and Jolt have already too little screentime.
Megatron is good boss-villain, no studip Fallen or Unicron.
No Sam's parents. I hope that OP stomp them and says "Sorry, my bad" like TF1.
Soundwave to earth.
Something good combiner, no brainless Devastator.
No Dinobots. No more animal humour.

Metroplex and Trypticon

Fallen and Unicron are great characters in every way, but they just desecrated Fallen in ROTF. And: There will be some new autobots, but Bay promised that robots will get more screentime and character development this time. Soundwave will be in Earth, that's confirmed by some set photos. There are few new decepticons this time but something else... Visit TF3 Rumours topic if you want to know more. ;)

Soundwave on Earth: Yes please!

The one thing I missed in the G1 cartoon's season 3 (which was the first season I saw back in the day) was stories that took place on Earth. I found it a bit boring that they would fly through space and visit other planets and fight aliens and stuff like that*, so I really don't hope that we get too much space/Cybertron settings... what's the point of turning into Earth vehicles and then travel space with alt modes like that?

* At that time I didn't know that season 1 and 2 had most of their stories placed on Earth, which made the shift for season 3 make sense. But still: Earthern (futuristic) vehicles in space? Hmmm...

A giant city-bot would be awesome, and Soundwave on ground too. But I want a good ending too, and not a bad ending to this series.

See Michael Bay keep his promise about no slapstick humour.
More screentime for the cooler robots.
That it will be just as good as the first one (maybe better) to make up for ROTF.
Since there's no writers strike in the present we could expect a consistent plot.

Aside from the obvious such as less sexually oriented humor and more balanced focus on the robots, I'd be absolutely thrilled to see a huge Decepticon. While I'd love a citybot, I have a hard time seeing how they'd work it in. Rather, perhaps an aircraft carrier would be more suited? Somewhat similar to Armada Tidalwave and his reveal in the Playstation 2 game. I'd just like to see a big menace that actually manages to be a threat, possess a somewhat competent brain and will need quite some plan to take down (No mega-weapons that just so happens to be handily floating just off-shore this time please? )

I felt that The Fallen should have been more of a fight then he was.

So, please. No more "too quick" defeats.
