Since 'Picture' is nowadays owned more or less by Inkku, I've decided to make a thread for my own stuff. Without a further ado, my first photocomic:

Unicron: "What do you mean I can't come along? Listen, I'm The Chaos bringer! I go wherever I want and with whomever I want!!"
vmv-81

Unicron: *mumbling* "He can't do this to me... Forcing to hold his PS gamepad... I'm no gamepad holder, I'm the great Unicron! I'm The Chaos Bringer! *mumble* *grumble*
Inkku
good ones  biggrin.gif  keep them coming smile.gif
vmv-81
Here are two drawings I made some time ago. I designed them to be piloted by a human, so they're not real Transformers. But they do transform, so they're a bit on topic.  tongue.gif

vmv-81

Ironhide: "Why don't you get it through your thick head?! Galvatron is evil!! We must stop him before he destroys everything!"
Scorponok: "Watashi no aruji wa Galvatron-sama da!" (= My master is lord Galvatron!)

Ironhide: "Don't give me THAT again... Hey, what's that? Is there someone at the door?"
Scorponok: "Uh oh, he's back! Quick, we must hide!"

Me: "What the heck is this mess...! SCORPONOK!!! IRONHIDE!!!"
Scorponok: "Oh, boy. He already figured it was us... So what do we do now?"
Ironhide: "Well, I suggest that you'll be a good boy and take the blame."

Scorponok: "WHAT?!? Why me?! You were also to blame! And you're the good guy, so YOU should take the blame!"
Ironhide: "But you bad guys are the root of all trouble, so here's a chance for a little compensation!"
Scorponok: "That's not fair, you dirty little...!"
Ironhide: "Look who's talking..."
vmv-81

Unicron: "Good, looks like the jerk's gone for now..."
Dead end: "Who's gone, Unicron-sama?"

Unicron: "I'm talking about HIM, of course! Now's our chanse to look around his stuff."
Dead end: "Hai (=Yes), Unicron-sama!"

Unicron: "So here are his DVDs... and that's not even all of them."
Dead end: "Wow..."

Unicron: "So, let's see this one..."

Unicron: "'Princess Mononoke', I've heard it's quite good."

Unicron: "And the next one..."

Unicron: "And more japanese anime... Heh, look at the cover of this one! I could guess this guy has a stash of 'naughty stuff' somewhere..."
Dead end: "Ano, Unicron-sama..."

Unicron: "What is it?"
Dead end: "What do you mean with 'naughty stuff'?"
Unicron: "... You'll understand when you're older..."
vmv-81

Unicron: "Now, let's take a look at his computer... what? Why won't this turn on?"

Unicron: "Oh, yes, this has one of those surge protectors that can be turned off. It's supposed to protect from lightning strikes, but it can't protect from me! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!"

Unicron: "And onto the chair we go... hmmf!"

Unicron: "Ok, he has Windows... where could we find some pictures... Hey, he has IrfanView! With this, we can quite easily go through the picture folders... Let's see this one..."

Unicron: "Picture of a warship, does he like weapons that much? Ok, with keys Ctrl+M we can look at the pictures at miscellanneous order. Next one..."
vmv-81

Unicron: "Heh, a catgirl... That's the other thing he seems to like... Heh heh... who knows how dirty it will get... Next one..."

Unicron: "What the...?!"

Unicron: "NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! A romantic picture of Kicker and Misha!! AAAGHH!!! This guy must be much bigger freak than I ever imagined!!!"
vmv-81
Disclaimer:
Some of these pictures are not owned by me. Picture 602.jpg is property of Bumblebee Studios and Misha_Kicker.jpg belongs to ShiroiNeko-sama (http://shiroineko-sama.deviantart.com/). I'm not sure who made that catgirl picture, I found it on one picture board. Anyway, I apologize for using those pictures without permission.

And most of all, sorry Mikoel, Inkku and other Kicker haters, but I simply can't put myself to hate him. And for a while, I've liked these kinds of romantic stuff. But I guess I can never again go to Turku, not without Mikoel killing me... ^^'

Now, some drawings for a change:

Here's my favourite trio from marvel comics, Jazz, Bumblebee and Grimlock. I used to love them so much that I just HAD to buy the AM versions of them when they showed up. biggrin.gif

Miyako(the catgirl): "Always stay as a little brother..."
Energon Sixshot: "Name is Sixshot, Unicron damn it!"

This was inspired by the japanese version of Energon, Super Link, where almost every Destron called Sixshot 'little brother', since he was Shockblast's (Laserwave's) younger brother. And the song Miyako is singing is called "Pikkuveli", little brother in english, originally performed by a band called 'Noitalinna Huraa!' and later by PMMP.

Jazz is one of my favorite characters too.. *and Prowl, Bluestreak, Ratchet, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker and Smokescreen..* and i was really really really happy when i did get AM Jazz some time ago  biggrin.gif

Here's a coloured version my previous drawing:
vmv-81
These drawings were inspired when I wondered where other animes japanese TF voice actors have been, long before this thread.

First, Filia ul Copt from Slayers Try and Hop (Jolt) from Galaxy Force (Cybertron) marveling at each other, because they both have the voice of Houko Kuwashima.

And here's Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury from Sailor Moon on deck of Boater (Seawatch) from Transformer - Victory. They both have a voice of Aya Hisakawa.
Colours are done with coloured pencils with some editing by Photoshop.
vmv-81

Ransack: "Surrender, Optimus! You can't beat all of us!"
Crumplezone: "Or are you gonna try your Cyber key power again?"

Optimus Prime: "No, I've got something better..."

Optimus Prime: "Now, which one of you wants to try his luck first?"

Ransack: "Hey, where'd everyone go?"

More transforming mechas from me. The first one could be an alternate version of Micromaster Sidetrack.

Haha, Blitzwing is really out of his mind! smile.gif Good job! smile.gif
vmv-81
Once again, I decided to make references to Transformers' voice actors

First, Chromia/Thunderblast from Galaxy Force/Cybertron and Kanako Urashima from Love Hina, who both have voice of Natsuko Kuwatani.

Then, an english example with Shockblast from Energon and Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z, who both are voiced by Brian Drummond.
vmv-81
These two works are mainly to introduce my latest original character, Noriko, a mecha-anime fangirl who's basically an embodiment of my love for all the characters of TF: Animated, especially Blitzwing. And once again, I couldn't resist an obscure reference to Super Link... tongue.gif crazy3.gif

And you may notice that this is definitely my first attempt at drawing Animated characters. Their heads ended up WAY too big... pinch.gif
vmv-81
These two pieces were inspired by the notices that tell the audience to sit back from the screen and watch in a well-lit room at the beginning of episodes of children's anime shows, like in Super Link, where Grand Convoy (Energon Optimus) tells it. Here Animated Optimus and Blitzwing do the same thing.

Inkku
laugh.gif Blitzwing does it again..!! biggrin.gif

Following works are a tribute to two animated series that made a huge impression on me in 2008: Transformers Animated and Strike Witches.

This one I would call "Duel of the fan favourites". Even though Blitzwing may not be as popular as Starscream and Bumblebee, he's my favourite. And Sanya V. Litvyak (whose character is based on WW2 fighter pilot Lydia Litvyak) has been officially voted as the most popular character among the Strike Witches fans. Cheering her in the upper corner is her best friend Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen (1 = "Show him, Sanya!"), whose character is based on Finnish WW2 ace Eino Ilmari Juutilainen.

I also decided to make "Duel of the supporters". Sanya in upper corner is thinking "Eila..." in cyrillic alphabet. And finns may guess what swear word has been censored... tongue.gif
BigPete
Looks very nice! You've done a splendid job on the Animated characters smile.gif

I think quite a few of the rest of us can guess it too. For some reason it was quite common in Sweden (or at least in the Stockholm area) in the late 1970's and early 1980's, perhaps not so common nowadays.
Great artwork, by the way!

Yet another TFA/Strike Witches tribute. This time, Random Blitzwing decided to steal some women's clothes, because it's crazy and he likes to do crazy stuff. biggrin.gif

I decided to have the Strike Witches characters speak the language of their model character, even though in the series they all speak japanese.
1: Mio Sakamoto(based on Saburo Sakai): "Pervert!"
2: Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke(based on Wolf-Dietrich Wilcke): "Damned thief!"
3: Gertrud Barkhorn(based on Gerhard Barkhorn): "Pig!"
4: Erica Hartmann(based on Erich Hartmann): "Village idiot!"
5: Perrine-H. Clostermann(based on Pierre-Henri Clostermann): "Carrion!"
6: Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen: "Bastard!"
7: Francesca Lucchini(based on Franco Lucchini): "Bastard!"

The english-speaking one is Charlotte E. Yeager, who is based on still living Charles Elwood "Chuck" Yeager.

Sorry for all the swearing, but I felt it fits in the work. tongue.gif

Number 2 should actually be "Verdammter Dieb", and I think number 4 should be "Dorftrottel" or possibly "Dorfstrottel".

Aw slag, didn't see that one coming. sad.gif Better fix it...

Fixed.
vmv-81
And yet another TFA/Strike Witches tribute. Don't expect these to end any time soon. crazy2.gif Anyway, I noticed that Animated Megatron and Major Mio Sakamoto have at least two things in common; both are excellent swordfighters and both have a subordinate that adores him/her FANATICALLY. Megatron has Lugnut, Sakamoto has Perrine-H. Clostermann.
vmv-81
After buying Animated Bumblebee, I can make an TFA reference to this drawing. tongue.gif

And this is my view on why Animated ended after three seasons with a lot of loose ends. It was simply "shot down" by BayFormers so that they would get the monopoly. Sorry if I sound bitter, but Animated coud've gone on a bit longer and ROTF is not such a good movie. hmmm.gif
vmv-81
Again, TFA/Strike Witches tributes. First, Charlotte E. Yeager and Bumblebee are having a race, since both are kind of speed freaks.

And both Bulkhead and Lynette Bishop (whose big sister Wilma is based on William Bishop) are known to be more or less clumsy.
vmv-81
These tributes have a bit more serious tone. Even Strike Witches, in spite of its blatant fanservice, has some serious themes sometimes.

Both Optimus Prime and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke are in charge of their own team, and they both have lost a beloved friend...

Ratchet and Yoshika Miyafuji (based on Kaneyoshi Mutoh) are both medics of their team. Although, when Ratchet is a medic in traditional sense, Miyafuji uses healing magic. And while Rathet's hardships are well known, it's not easy for Miyafuji either with her father missing, presumably dead...
bellyboy
its not because u replied in my thread its because i like your work

its really cool what u posted here
especially the pic with op and the samurai sword

i didnt realise that black unicron looks so hot !!!
and the progress u made in your drawing skills is imressive the late ones show a really good understanding in perspective and depth

keep on rockin
vmv-81
Finally got some new stuff, TFA/Strike Witches art again. Both Prowl and Gertrud Barhorn are quite rigorous soldiers.

I also pictured a duel of the best flyers, Starscream and Erica Hartmann.

Very nice work! smile.gif You certainly have talent in anime/manga style although bunny/cat eared chicks with planes sticking out of their feet is a little beyond me. tongue.gif

Is Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen your own creation or is there actually Finnish character in the Strike Witches? I guess you had to censor the FAF insignia too on Eila's Messerscmitt boots, right? wink2.gif

No, Eila is one of the characters created by Shimada Humikane, the man behind the series. Except she's not finnish. In the world of Strike Witches, Finland is Suomus, Germany is Karlsland, USA is Liberion and so on. Therefore their national insignias are a bit different.

It's not easy being a Strike Witches fan. Sometimes I get so sick of all the fanservice I don't even know why I like the series. It feels Eila is such a huge tribute to us finns. And sometimes I just feels it's good for laughs, something Random Blitzwing could have a blast watching.

Random: "Und they zay I'm ze krazy one?"
Icy: "Why they dress like that in ze first place?"
Random: "Not für ze fashion sense, I can tell you zat! AHAHAHAHA!!"
vmv-81
Finally I managed to colour my latest stuff, I cant believa how lazy I've been lately... sleeping.gif
Although, these are Strike Witches tributes again and not even very TF-centric, but bear with me.

Both Sari Sumdac and Francesca Lucchini happen to have twintails.

After drawing all the other main characters, I just had to draw Blackarachnia as well. So this is all I came up with. dry.gif The Strike Witches character caught in her web is Nikka Edvardine Katajainen, who is based on Nils Katajainen. And no, she isn't my creation, either. She's yelling "What the hell is this?!"

But I suppose I should take a break from crossovers for a while before you all get tired with them. All TF stuff, coming up soon!
