A cool little detail: The "Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers", ICANN, has decided to open up the Internet top-level domain (TLD) with more domain extensions. Today there are 280 country code TLDs (like .uk, .se, .jp and so on), but only 22 generic TLDs (like .net, .info, .com, etc.).
That's about to change though. From January to May this year ICANN accepted applications for hundreds of new generic top-level domains. And it turns out that one of the new TLDs that we may see is: .Transformers! As you can see here, Hasbro has applied for that gTLD. -------------------- E-mail address: groundsplitter@ntfa.net
