Welcome to the official NTFA My Little Pony thread!
Figured it was about time we had our own little thread to post in! biggrin.gif

Who is your favourite pony?

I'll be honest and say that I have a very hard time on picking a favourite pony of the main six.

But Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash both seem like pretty awesome ponies to me.
I really love their personalities. Though they're very, very diffrent..




As for the more obscure ponies, my favourite has to be Princess Luna.
Especially in her season 2 appearence from "Luna Eclipsed".

I agree. My favorites tend to shift by each episode, but Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle tend to remain at the top.

Rainbow is mostly to do with her dynamic style, both visually and personalitywise. The fact that her boisterous attitude covers her deeper insecurity also adds depth to her character. That the first episode of FiM I saw was "Sonic Rainboom" might be a factor in why I'm drawn to her.

Twilight is someone I can relate to more. While my magic skills aren't quite at the same level (just a programmer, which somedays seem more like voodoo), we both seem to handle stress equally poorly. tongue.gif

okay..here are those Ponies, what i did get when i was a kid.. smile.gif


yellow and violet pony. both of them has markings Hasbro under the feet. the yellow one -87 and the violet -86 i don't remember theyr names tough..


the yellow one use to have a cowboy hat and scarf, and the violet one did have that bowtie and some sort of brush.. or something like that.. (hey, i got those two about 25years ago.. blink.gif WHAAAA...!! i'm old cry3.gif )

The "deer" appearence of the G4 figures (FiM) seem cuter and more cartoony to me, and that's what I preffer thumbs.gif

hehe.. so i'm not the only one, who is thinking at those early ponies look creepy.. tongue.gif i did not much play with those two.. i liked more about toy horses, what actually did look more like a horse.. wink2.gif heck, maybe that is the reason, why even the garden gnomes creep me out.. that non "seeing" stare what keeps following you, without plinking.. *shudders*

Seen the first season and some episodes of season two (the first two episodes and the one with Luna), and I think it's surprisingly good. Though I don't see myself as a fan or a brony (even if people on some other forum thinks that I am atleast a fan), but do you really need to be a fan to like a show?

I personally think G1 are okey G2 are wierd, G3 are cool, G3.5 is horrible beyond comprehension, Baby Ponies creep me out
