Hi everyone, and welcome to the very first installment of the NTFA blog, "From the Vault"! smile.gif

The goal of this blog is to get to share some of the things I find cool and interesting with the rest of the world. Everyone who knows me knows that my main interest is in regards to the toys - prototypes, rarities, variations, news toys, lucky draws, kitbashes etc. etc. etc. - and I will make sure that there is plenty of that to see and read about here. The title of the blog is an allusion to the "vault" that is my hobby room at home, in case someone was wondering. So it will be a lot of me rummaging through that and finding interesting thing to muse about. smile.gif

But I will also look at some of the more Nordic/Scandinavian elements that are interesting - like the comic books of the 80s/90s/2000s, localized merchandise and Auto Assembly Europe (and previous NTFA-hosted conventions), as well as other random TF-related news that piques my (and perhaps also your) interest. And I might even go into a few non-TF subjects along the way as well - who knows? smile.gif

BTW, I haven't really decided on a publication schedule for this, but I will try to post something at least once a week. If you want to follow this forum feel free to "Subscribe to this forum" under the "Options" button on the right here. I know, I know - it's not really a blog without all the nifty features of real blogging software with RSS feeds and keyword searches and all of that... but think of it as an attempt at getting the same information across - but without all the fancy technology. Besides, who needs RSS feeds anyway? wink2.gif
