Yup, we need people to help out with things in order to get a smooth convention going for everyone.

If you're interested, send me a PM here in the forums or you can send an email to bigpete@autoassemblyeurope.eu

While we can't offer you discounts, money, or anything like that (we're a non-profit organization, aiming to donate all excess funds to charity!), you will get access to dealer tables and all of their offerings 30 minutes BEFORE the convention opens!
Oh yeah, and your AAE pass will be a different colour from everyone else's, making you super awesome wink2.gif

Tasks may or may not include:

* Setting up before the convention
* Packing down after the convention
* Tend to guests
* Manage registration desk
* Manage a dealer table
* and basically anything else we can think of smile.gif

You also need to be able to speak English, as that's the official language of the convention.

We ESPECIALLY need people with a driver's license and their own cars!

I'll glady help setting up for the convention and packing down.

I will be arriving at the hotel the day before AAE kicks off, and I'll leave the day after it ends.
So I should be able to fit that in smile.gif

We still need someone to handle things, like the registration desk for instance! smile.gif

Volunteers are extremely important as Lars and I can't be everywhere at once during the weekend. If we have no volunteers, we can't run a smooth convention and will end up having unmanned stations which won't do anyone any good!

I've said it before but you've got me for everything possible and as long as my table is next to Xybertoys, I can ask Colin to keep an eye on it for me if I need to take a break at any point and do any running around that is needed!

I will arrive Friday night and will be around until Sunday afternoon (though I whish that I could be there more than that), so not sure if I can take care of the registration desk. But I would like to do it if possible.

I can offer my services at Friday evening if there's need to it like: moving stuff, cleaning, etc. I can be used during the convention too if needed, but I have to leave quite early on Sunday so I can't help with the end cleaning. tongue.gif

Speaking from experience, it will more be during the initial setting up and during the convention itself when we will need the most help!
