Actualy i dont think that would be such an bad option either.
Meanwhile the dinos could have a go with the seacons.

Actualy i would be happy to see what ever bots with monster or animal alt.forms beating the living daylights out of eachother.

Remember that the movie doesn't nessesarily make old known characters into their old known forms. I deem it unlikely we will see the Dinobots or Predacons in their old G.1 modes.
The seacons could be cool. They'd be a team of maritime vessels.

What I'd really like to see is the TransForming Aircraft carrier from the original art concept.

Thats the sad and sorry truth. But one can always dream eh?
If they would be some kind of dinosaurs/animals etc. i would be cool with that.
Alltough the seacons looking like bad ass armed hovercrafts or patrol boats or similar certainly tingles my imagination in a positive way.

Optimus Prime = no faceplate, because "it's not cool".
Bumblebee = Faceplate and he's cool, even when there's no face at all . And still he's goddamned nice-looking...(not some robot-gay-way ).

Number 2 example:
Jazz... Ironhide or... maybe Ratchet is in the BIG FIGHT against Bra- ... I mean Devastator. Somebody is fightin there. I'm not sure WHO, or WHERE... or are they even fighting, because camera is in a wrong place and it's shake so bad that I can't even know where we are.

Why? Because Bay thinks that's COOL and it ROCK.


Why Jazz is not comming back?

Cool? No cooler, but cool robots. I don't mean that Jazz must come back, but what the hell is that answer? Everything is so COOl, that's why it is there...

I am a realist and hoping for the following.

Skywarp and Thundercracker would be great or any of the other 3 seekers to aid Starscream in the sky.

Blitzwing as a double barrel tank.

Tidalwave as a gunboat but nothign extrem big. Maybee a fast ármy speedboat in the size as Optimus truck.

Soundwave as a radar car with two small flying robots Lazerbeak and Buzzaw.


Sideswipe as a red fast sportscar

Sunstreaker as a yellow sports car without roof.

Silverbolt as a military airplane to give autobots some air support. (Jetfire would work to )

Ultra Magnus as a armord swat car.

Grimlock as a big hummer

I dont want combiners or any animal looking things in the movie. and no giant big robots aka Tidalwave as a carrier ship..what would battle him ? Sky lynx as a space shuttle ? ..skip the combiners and giant robots.

Well he didn't have mouthplate in Beast Wars, Machine Wars, Cybertron and now Animated (the latter two only in super and combat mode). I think Bay made the compromise to satisfy all TF-fan-groups.
To me Prime always has mouthplate, but I don't say he looks bad with a mouth.
Bumblebee ? well G.1 toy hadn't any mouth either.

Hmm I saw just fine how the battle went, it was fast but I saw who did what.

That's a discussion about how to define cool and what cool is to whom ! I'd like to see Jazz revived and get some G.1 colours, but I also want to see new "cool" robots.

I've started thinking that they maybe should ignore bringing Megatron back, since he died and finding a way to resurrect him would just make people think that they are like any other robots existing and can be repaired again, which ruins the spark.

There are others that can lead the cons, Starscream, Shockwave, Soundwave or maybe bring in Galvatron without having him as an upgrade of Megs.
