I think our trip (my GF and I) is something like 2300 SEK all in all with flights to Copenhagen, train to Malmö, hotel stay, train back to Copenhagen and plane home.

Well, I'm back from the Mini-Con. I'm at work now, and too excited to gather my thoughts, so I'll keep this very short and post a full report later. I haven't even downloaded the pictures I took yet.
This was definitely a fun experience. For us Finns, the time to travel there and back took perhaps almost three times the time in the actual convention, but it was worth it, and besides, it's a kind of bonding experience. Seven people in a car for seven hours is definitely something you have to experience. And that's not mentioning the ship trips. When I met Satusein, I was surprised, as I didn't imagine she was a metalhead too.
It was a great convention and I hope it is repeated in spring 2008, but this time closer to Helsinki. biggrin.gif

Or at least a very strong intention of doing a big convention in 2008. We don't have any actual plans yet, and neither a location nor an organizer. Is anyone interested in volunteering?
