We have evaluated our workload, and it turns out that we can extend a few of the deadlines:
Registration for the convention itself: Provided that you pay over PayPal right away, there's no reason why we can't accept registrations the entire Friday. If you're paying from PlusGiro to my PlusGiro (only within Sweden), it should work if you execute the transfer no later than 14:00 on Friday. No matter how you're paying, the important part is that the payment reaches me sometime on Friday. Otherwise you will have to pay at the door (even if you're already initiated a bank transfer). Have I forgotten to confirm the receipt of a bank transfer? In that case, you can drop me a line to ask for confirmation. Entries for the fanfic competition: We set Thursday as the deadline, but provided that you send your entry by e-mail, you can do it on Friday as well. Remember: maximum 1000 words for prose text, or three pages (15 panels) for a comic. More information on the fanfic competition here. Entries for the post-convention magazine: We can extend the deadline until after the convention, say, to November 18 at least - we won't start work on it earlier anyway, since we need time to look at the photos and get things in order after the convention. So this means that you can bring along material for the magazine to the convention itself, if you like! Fan Sales Table submissions and reservations We set Thursday as the deadline, but provided that you send your entry by e-mail you can do it on Friday as well! Not a deadline as such, but still relevant info: The Auto Assembly Europe art competition Some people have asked if the displayed material has to be newly produced. We have no such restrictions - if you have old artwork, customs, models etc. that you would like to display, those are fine too. We just want you to preferably tell us in advance, so we can organize our display cabinets properly. -------------------- E-mail address: groundsplitter@ntfa.net
