I'd like to see Shockwave for one, like he was in the early Marvel comics. Unlike Megatron who was all "hyoomans don't deserve to live", Shocky doesn't let things like emotions intervene with the job at hand, and he could actually trick some humans into doing his bidding instead, like any cool villain would.

And for the necessary "even a bigger fight than in the previous film", I vote for an aircraft carrier named Tidal Wave. wink2.gif

Mm wasn't there a G.1 episode with Shockwave actually hesitating to do his job due to human involvement ?... I just can't remember the episode.

No. Shockwave barely appeared in the G1 cartoon at all, he merely sat around in his control tower in Cybertron, shooting at an occasional intruder.

Skybolt, I think your thinking about the comics, in there Shockwave is a bit more "emotional" toward humans.

For the sequel, I'd like to see the return of Barricade. He really made an impact on me. I'd also like to see some combiners, and a few more 'bots that are a bit more similar to their G1 counterparts; like the makeover they did to Prime.

Barricade and the Constructicons is something I'd like to see to, but most of all I'd like to see the returns of Bonecrusher and Frenzy. They're just too cool to be disposed of for the sequel.

I would like to see Shockwave.
He would then look like he did in the video game imo.

...and missing big time! tongue.gif

Comic-Shockwave would be cool in a movie if they got his personality right! thumbs.gif

Before you all chime in saying you want all the Scramble City gestalts and the Head- and Targetmasters and the Pretenders and the hey hey hey, remember that they're not going to be made like you remember them, but as different characters, with far fewer characters, with only the name and the basic idea of the personality matching the originals.

Yeah, Starscream didn't do anything noteworthy in the movie for example.

Nor did Megatron, really. Or ANY of the decepticons for that matter.

Hell, they were reduced to little more than your basic movie monsters.

Ah not entirely true, Frenzy did a darn lot. And Blackout wasn't totally out of the picture either.

True -- hence my suggestion of the Constructicons; just the image of giant construction vehicles wrecking havok on a city, transforming and then even uniting... drool2.gif
