The NTFA Store now accepts pre-orders for the June 2010 comics.

IDW offers a nice assortment of Transformers and G.I. Joe titles in June. On the Transformers side there are a number of paperbacks/books that may be of particular interest this time. Perhaps the most eagerly awaited of the titles is the sequel to the Transformers Animated fact book: The Allspark Almanac, vol. 2, with more sketches, facts, artwork, and other fun stuff. Additionally, the first six issues of Transformers Ongoing are collected in Transformers, vol. 1: For All Mankind and then there's the first volume in a series of oversized (25,4 x 33 cm) hardcovers - Transformers: The Covers, vol. 1 - which will supposedly collect all Transformers covers throughout the years. As for comics, we get Transformers Ongoing #8, Ironhide #2 and Transformers: Nefarious #4 in June.

On the G.I. Joe side G.I. Joe: Cobra starts up again with #5, now as an ongoing series. IDW also starts collecting Marvel Comics' Special Missions series from the 1980's in the trade paperback G.I. Joe: Special Missions, vol. 1. Highly recommended if you're interested/curious about G.I. Joe.
Other Joe titles in June are G.I. Joe #19, G.I. Joe: Origins #16, G.I. Joe: Hearts and Minds #2 and G.I. Joe: Operation Hiss #5 (final issue).

The last day to pre-order the June items is Thursday 22 April 2010.

Edit 2010-03-25: Updated the order form and this newsitem to Allspark Almanac vol. 2 as well. Somehow I managed to forget it before...

oh.. good news for me then, at there is no new comics to order this time.. tongue.gif that Transformers: The Covers, vol. 1 sounds tempting tough.. blink.gif but i think i'll just pass that one this time, to get my financial balance in order again.. those new eyeglasses were just huge killer and bummer for my tiny budget.. cry3.gif
