I always find it fascinating to see other collectors and their collections, and regarding toys it's always fun to see what toy line people collect.

Personally, I've had a long stint of collecting Brave (Yuusha, a post-G1 Transformers-based toy line from Takara) and Microman (especially their 90s lines, like Magne Microman and their reissues). Although both are done chapters, I'm a bit into 25th anniversary G.I.Joe figures at the moment (notably carded Cobra figures).

What do the rest of you collect, if any? And where do you get your stuff?

Most of my Brave and Microman came from Japanese sources (mostly online auctions like Yahoo! Japan), while my G.I.Joe stuff is from BBTS and eBay. A few online stores in the UK have Joes, but they are so expensive that I'd rather risk the custom fees from getting them from the US instead. None of these are/were available locally in any form...

I'm one of those who, outside of Transformers, collect a little bit of everything. I used to be huge into Braves, but I have since started selling most of them off in order to focus completely on Yuushaou GaoGaiGar.

Currently, I'm collecting a large number of items under Bandai's Tamashii Nations umbrella. Various figures of Kamen Riders from both the S.H.Figuarts and Soul of Imaginative Chogokin Kiwami Tamashii lines, Rockman X figures from the D-arts line, various mechs and robots from Robot Damashii and most recently the Super Robot Chogokin line. I watch a lot of anime and tokusatsu (live action) and a lot of the time I end up wanting a cool representation of something I enjoy from the shows I watch. As a result I now have seventeen(!) different series represented on my desk. tongue.gif

I mostly buy from Hobbylink Japan and occasionally on ebay once something gets discontinued for good.

Except for Transformers so do I collect Braves, especially Brave of the Sun Fighbird and King of Braves GaoGaiGar.
I do happen to collect the Soul of Imaginative Chogokin figures, because the details and the articulation of these toys are astounding. And like Dennis so do I watch a lot of anime and tokusatsu, though I haven't really ended up with cool representations for all the series (though I really want to).

I mostly buy from Hobbylink Japan and sometimes ebay. But I turn to Dennis when I want a Brave toy. tongue.gif

I was a bit into Macross/Robotech, but it didn't take off. Got 3 of those post-2000 book-type box limited collector's editions of Robotech figures from Niels/SureShot last year, but gave them to my nephews Christmas 2011. No regrets yet wink2.gif . I still have a MIB Bandai 1/55 scale VF-1A Valkyrie 2002 reissue (the brown one) and a MIB Yamato 1/60 scale Macross: Do You Remember Love VF-1S Strike Valkyrie, both acquired through eBay. Not sure what I will do with them, though, as my focus is and has been on Transformers figures for almost 25 years (anniversary this May biggrin.gif ). There just isn't anything out there that I find interesting in the same way as Transformers. And thank God for that; Transformers are expensive enough biggrin.gif . Rest assured the remaining Macross/Robotech figures in my posession will not get binned, though; I will find them a new home, if necessary.

I collect the NECA Bioshock toys apart from Transformers. I love the games, and NECA do fantastic and accurate figures with loads of detailing and amazing paint jobs. I am considering giving up on them though, mainly to cut expenses, get some extra shelf space, and I'm tired of waiting for the third wave of toys that has been delayed since July (!) and still haven't been released.

There is mostly Transformers around my place with only a few exceptions.
I have a handful of Gundam models and I want to stick with Master Grades because of their complexity. I plan to build only one Perfect Grade (they're expencive, made of less than thousand pieces and huge!)
I have two Macross valkyries in 1/60 scales and that's it. The 1/3000 model of the SDF-1 Macross is really awesome but very expencive.
I am currently waiting for three Super Sentai robots from the Super Robot Chogokin line. Shinken-Oh, Gokaioh and Dekaranger Robo (Which will be my first Super Sentai toys). In March the Super Robot Chogokin Magiking is coming out and getting that is a no-brainer.

More on impulse I collect figures from Neca like Alien and Predator. I’d like to get more game related figures, maybe bioshock or gears of war. Have a couple Warcraft figures and a Neca Crimson Viper from Street Fighter. Hopefully I’ll find something like this on the upcoming Malmö Sci-Fi convention wink2.gif

Also I’ve been collecting fossils, stones and minerals since I was 6-7, so I have around 100 types of minerals and at least 300 species of fossils, not including purchased ones! Even a couple species unknown to science! party2.gif

I have a small Robotech/Macross VF-1 collection - but ONLY Bandai since I prefer that mould version above any other.
Then I have a pretty large M.A.S.K collection - packed away at my parents house.
Then then there is my Star Wars action figure + vehicle collection which I'm quite proud it. I have no intention of expanding that collection since with Star Wars it'll never end.
Then I have the jewel collection of my Star Wars Collection namely the MISB/MIB Micro Machines Star Wars Action Fleet from Galoob. Perfect size and astonishing detail.
Lastly I have my Power Rangers (MMPR) collection but that I'm planning on selling - so if anyone's into the old original Power Rangers with Megazord and Dragonzord, White Tigerzord, Ninjamegazord, Samuraimegazord, Pyramidas etc MIB + complete I have them.

I save most of my extra money for transformers. They are expencive enough. Though I have collected Metal Gear Solid Snake toys. I have quite many of those. I also have some of those 12" G.I. Joe action figures, but those tend to be expensive as well, so I rather save money for tformers.

I would collect heavy gear mecha models if there would be any. There are those small pewter ones for hvy gear miniature games. I actually have lots of 30-54mm miniature figures for different wargames and such. But those aren't actually toy lines or toys for that matter.

BTW; it would be nice to see a good quality pictures of peoples M.A.S.K and Zoids collections.

That's nice collection. I have had some of those and I still have Bulldog(?) and that formula 1 car...whatever that was. I also had (and still have) some of those m.a.s.k toys with two figures. One was kind of a hologram of the other guy.

Revoltechs - although I'm primarily interested in the Hokuto no Ken ones, there's a good one every now and then I'm interested in (such as the Woody and Buzz and the T-Rex).
