Well the collection room is done, I am missing doors for the shelfs and the loose bots are what I left of G1 to upgrade to moc/mib and is 31 items.

The other side of the wall has two more shelfs and a computer desk/office. Those shelfs contain vintage MOTU and vintage SW and I am currently working with those to get these done to.

All the carded stuff stands with the help of a wooden base I made myself. all boxed stuff that is up is liftet with wooden risers aswell.

Here is the pics and not everything is up, Encores, BTs and a few other reissues are still packed away with tons of 95-to present day SW figures and other toys.

Everything is pure 80s pieces, no ko, no repro. All are complete with pappers, inserts, bubbles, styros and so on.

Marcus, that is one BEAUTIFUL display! Very clean and neat!

I especially like the little dab of pink that the Kissplay Cassettes contribute with. tongue.gif

Very, very enviable setting, Marcus thumbs.gif . Good job! I'm beginning to understand more what purist G1 collectors are all about now. The originals may cost an arm and a leg (or both), but seeing the result and imagining the sense of pride and achievement... Well, my jaw is on the floor. Now I'm wishing I could start all over again... smile.gif .

PS! You haven't considered IKEA Billy shelves with vitrine doors? It looks like you will have to use a dustbuster regularly... wink2.gif

@Thunderclash: These are billy cabinetts, I just have not bought the doors yet, I need approxemetly 15 doors. and 15 * 400 = alot of money. But I will get them soon or later.

@Jorgo: Insurance..but I dont know. I might not start over again, probbaly just buy some AFA stuff and keep it clean. Its a thought I really dont want to think about.

thx for all the response.

*speechless*

I have to say, thought, that they colors on the Shockwave box seem a little off to me - are you sure that it's vintage? I can't really tell from the small pic, though... Shockwave KO guide here.

As you see Martin the grey border is as thin as it should be, the KO is alot thicker on shockwaves side. Thx for the concern though smile.gif

Amazing! My collection is still inside banana boxes waiting for the hobby room creation to commence. I've not even dared to think how many cabinets I'm going to have to buy for 20-something banana boxes full of Transformers. blink.gif

I got the TM hot rod from a seller on tfw2005. I was originally going to get both him and Kup but a misscommunication let me missed him but I got Roddy. Not a bad price either, I think it was 140$

I was actually a bit surprised it did not get sold but I my luck it was biggrin.gif

A real bargain for you Mac. That piece is really rare and expensive.
Ill guess the box, bubble & fig are in nice shape too..it seems like that according to the pics.
